Argcrux provides a visual argument analysis platform that enables users to create, analyze, and share argument maps. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and capabilities.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You retain ownership of all content you create on Argcrux (argument trees, text, annotations, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Content you mark as "public" may be viewed, copied, and used by other users according to our platform features. You are responsible for choosing appropriate privacy settings for your content.
The Service, including its software, design, graphics, and text (excluding user content), is owned by Argcrux and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.
We may offer free trials for paid plans. We may require payment information before starting a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Public content you created may remain available on the platform. We will delete private data according to our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARGCRUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Argcrux, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Argcrux is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Argcrux regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
